The Asia Tower - LOCATION

The Asia Tower is located at Benavidez corner Paseo de Roxas, Makati City, Metro Manila.

Just knowing that the Asia Tower is located in the middle of the Makati CBD gives you an idea of just how accessible the place is. If you are working in any one of the office buildings in Makati, it will only take you a couple of minutes to get to work. You do not have to deal with the horrendous Metro Manila traffic because you are technically in the same neighborhood as your office.

If you have kids who are still in college, then you will be glad to know that there are quite a lot of quality learning institutions in the area. First off, there is the Malayan Institute of Technology (formerly Mapua Institute of Technology), which is just ten minutes away by car and around fifteen to twenty minutes away by public transportation. It is just one jeepney ride away. You just need to walk a bit to the main road. There is also the Centro Escolar University, which is just fifteen minutes away by public transport. If your kids are still in elementary or high school then there are several public and private schools within a one kilometer radius from the condominium where you can enroll them in for the following school year.

There are plenty of hospitals and clinics in the area as well. If you are just looking for a simple consultation then you can just walk over to the Glorietta complex and you will find the Patients First Multi-specialty clinic. Now, if you need more serious medical care, you can head over to the Makati Medical Center, which is just a 5-minute taxi ride away. There is also the Ospital ng Makati, a government-funded hospital, if you are looking for affordable health care. If you are in search of other specialty clinics (dermatologists, dental clinics and others) then you can find dozens of them scattered in the immediate vicinity, literally just walking distance from the condominium.

The biggest selling point of living in Asia Tower is its proximity to the best shopping experience that you will ever have. Just across the street from the entrance of the condominium is the Greenbelt 2 shopping center, and adjacent to that is the Greenbelt 1, 3, and 4. Between these four large shopping malls, it is almost impossible not to find that one particular item that you are looking for. However, just in case you can’t find the items you need, rest assured that there are still more places to go to.

For instance, just a 15-minute walk from the Asia Tower condo, you will get the chance to reach the Glorietta shopping malls, and just a bit further away, you will reach the SM City Makati. There are literally hundreds of shops, boutiques, bars, and restaurants to choose from, so many that you would need more than one day to even see all of them.

The places listed above just scratch the surface of the things that you can do when you live in the Asia Tower. You will realize that there is an almost endless list of perks to living in the middle of Makati City.
